Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of corporate development initiatives that support Pentair’s strategic growth objectives

Source, evaluate, execute acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments

Partner with senior leadership across business units to identify strategic priorities and assess inorganic opportunities

Oversee financial modeling, synergy analysis, and valuation assessments

Lead negotiations of transaction terms and structures in collaboration with legal counsel and external advisors

Maintain a robust network of industry contacts and monitor competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions

Build and mentor a high-performing corporate development team

Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture

Ability to travel up to 25%, both domestic and international
