Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer

Define and execute talent attraction and retention strategies aligned with global guidelines

Coordinate onboarding programs for all new hires

Collect site-specific training needs and implement initiatives aligned with global L&D offerings

Drive identification of development needs and set up local training program

Support workforce planning during budget cycles to manage headcount and FTE evolution

Align local strategies with global Centers of Expertise (CoE) guidelines

Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and group policies

Implement P&O processes and programs tailored to site needs

Act as a trusted advisor to site leaders on HR topics, including compensation, talent priorities, and conflict resolution

Partner with managers to drive engagement and change initiatives

Deliver P&O policies and programs, adjusting for local needs when required

Collaborate with P&O Business Partner and CoEs to co-develop HR projects and initiatives
