Creative Communications Specialist
Lioher is seeking a Creative Communications Specialist to lead the development and management of internal and external communication strategies. This role involves content creation, creative direction, and visual design to enhance brand messaging and communication effectiveness across the company.

Responsibilities
Develop compelling written content including newsletters, scripts, announcements, advertising copy, website text, and storytelling pieces
Lead creative planning for digital and print communication materials (brochures, presentations, promotional campaigns, etc.)
Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and visual identity
Create, manage, and distribute internal communications such as newsletters, memos, and company-wide announcements
Produce external communication materials including marketing collateral, press releases, and multimedia content
Support company-wide initiatives by planning communication strategies that engage employees and external stakeholders
Design visuals, graphics, layouts, advertisements, and multimedia content
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, visual standards, and consistent creative quality
Collaborate with designers, videographers, or agencies for specialized creative projects
Manage and update social media platforms, ensuring strategic posting and strong audience engagement
Oversee website content updates to ensure accuracy, appeal, and brand alignment
Monitor analytics for social media, email marketing, and other digital efforts, providing performance reports and insights
Work closely with HR, Operations, Leadership, and other departments to support company messaging and communication needs
Coordinate communication for events, campaigns, launches, and company initiatives
Serve as the internal point of contact for all creative and communication requests
Qualification
Required
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong storytelling and scriptwriting ability
Advanced creativity with the ability to conceptualize and execute ideas visually and verbally
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or Canva
Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media strategy, and content performance metrics
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
High attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and brand consistency
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Creative Media, or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in creative communications, content creation, digital media, or a similar creative role
Experience in both writing and design required
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Experience directing creative projects strongly preferred
