Qualification
Required
3 to 4 years of litigation experience at a law firm
Strong experience in all phases of litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking and defending depositions, and participation at trial
Some experience working on bankruptcy matters is a big plus
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
A self-starter with great client management skills
JD and strong academic credentials from a top, ABA-approved law school
Admitted to practice in New York (active member in good standing)
Ability to work independently
