Director of Sales - Remote

ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry, and they are looking for a Director of Sales to join their growing team. The primary purpose of the role is to create and implement a data-driven sales process and manage a high-performance sales team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and execute a consultative sales approach for acquiring new customers, evaluating sales metrics, tactics, talk tracks, processes, and strategies regularly
Acquire new customers and achieve revenue targets consistently by coordinating with appropriate resources (internally and externally) to close deals
Coach, mentor, and lead a high-performance Sales team by establishing performance and development goals
Interview, hire, train, and develop new team members
Research and understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in SFDC
Deliver an accurate forecast based on pipeline and data in CRM
Other duties as assigned

Required

Prefer bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is advantageous
5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record
Previous experience leading and managing sales teams is essential
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to drive revenue growth
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies
Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems

Preferred

Prior experience in SaaS industry
Experience leading a sales team within the payments space would be preferred
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent initiative and sound decision-making ability
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Ability to travel as needed
