Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations across all shifts: loading, inventory, transport, and facility safety
Manage and mentor warehouse supervisors and staff; oversee hiring, coaching, and performance management
Ensure accurate picking, loading, and DSD delivery support
Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, product movement, and reconciliation
Maintain compliance with Food Safety standards and facility safety/security requirements
Partner with Sales, Transport, and other departments to meet service goals
Plan staffing levels for a 24/7 operation and adjust resources as needed
Drive operational improvements, productivity, and cost control initiatives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree required
5+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in DSD, beverage, or food distribution
Strong leadership skills with experience directing and motivating warehouse teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Forklift/Powered Industrial Truck Certification (or ability to obtain)
Ability to travel 10% and work additional hours as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution or logistics
SAP experience (3+ years preferred)
Beverage industry or DSD experience
