Responsibilities
Reinforce leader-led decisions by co-piloting on ER cases with managers on case approach and each step of ER case management
Own day-to-day casework, including Performance management, probation, attendance, behavioural concerns, and policy queries
Ensure compliance and maintain accurate and complete documentation for each case
Provide data insights and highlight trends or early flags to ensure early intervention can be delivered
Ensure efficiency in case management and minimise case timelines from open to resolution as appropriate
Partner across the People Team and wider business to ensure smooth alignment and delivery of ER cases
Qualification
Required
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of employee relations processes and in at least two of our largest locations (Spain, UK, Boston, or Chicago)
Strong experience managing multiple ER cases, particularly with performance and conduct cases
Ability to organise, document, and track ER matters with accuracy
Strong judgement and ability to follow structured case processes as well as act on sound judgement when alternative approaches are required
