Responsibilities
Supervising the Check-In Desk at all times
Ensuring that every working person is able to sign in using the iPad system
Assisting in registering new personnel
Assist Production Team as needed with administrative tasks
Handling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional at all times
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Must have a working mobile phone
Excellent communication skills and punctuality
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and possess problem solving abilities
Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
Preferred
2 years' work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
Experience working with Who's on Location or other Entry Management Software
A personal laptop
