Responsibilities

Responsible for general maintenance in the Essentia Health Spooner Clinic
Provides routine and preventative maintenance including inspection, general maintenance and repairs on various systems, such as pressure boilers, basic HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment
Addressing maintenance tickets that are entered by staff
May provide emergency repairs and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

2 years of classroom training or 2 years of experience in building maintenance
Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health's insurer
