Associate Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

Responsibilities
Create programs/campaigns personalized to various customer cohorts and aimed to drive acquisition and engagement
Manage various functions of lifecycle marketing including but not limited to the creative brief process, messaging/content direction, audience segments, product alignment, launch updates, team quality assurance, data integrity checks, and approvals with stakeholders
Own end-to-end analysis of campaigns, leveraging findings to inform next steps and future strategy
Communicate key project updates, milestones, success stories and failures of campaigns with leadership and cross-functional partners
Conceptualize and own the experimentation strategy for acquisition and engagement, continuously iterating on ways to improve performance
Establish a strong rapport with internal cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Data, Creative Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure lifecycle communications are relevant, personalized, and on-brand
Qualification
Required
3+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, or similar
Experience in a major Email Service Provider (ESP) – Iterable is a big plus
Solid foundation of collaborating with a variety of teams in a fast-paced tech-focused environment
Familiarity with the technical tools/languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript) that are the foundation of lifecycle campaigns
Solid understanding of key marketing metrics and ownership of campaign analysis
