Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of tax preparation, compliance, and advisory services for our growing client base

Build and implement scalable tax workflows, tools, and best practices to support efficiency and accuracy

Partner with leadership to develop and execute a growth strategy for our tax practice

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive tax planning and year-round guidance

Oversee tax deadlines, filings, and correspondence with tax authorities

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing tax team as the practice expands

Collaborate with our accounting and client success teams to ensure seamless integration of tax services into client engagements
