Responsibilities

Mangage: Restraint and Time Out (RTO) compliance data
Data Stewardship: conduct rigorous quality control reviews of RTO forms to ensure every field meets strict internal and ISBE (Illinois State Board of Education) standards before submission
Regulatory Submission: Manage the accurate and timely entry of verified RTO data into the ISBE Student Information System (SIS), and internal tracking databases
Audit Readiness: Maintain impeccable digital and physical files, ensuring the organization is perpetually prepared for internal or state-level compliance audits
Correction Coordination: Act as the liaison between corporate administration and school sites, communicating with care and clarity to request necessary corrections on documentation
Timeline Monitoring: Enforce strict statutory notification deadlines to ensure parents, partner districts, and ISBE are informed of events within the legally required 24-hour window
Assist the Risk Management team with the administrative aspects of Worker's Compensation claims and documentation as capacity permits
Provide data entry support for vehicle accident reports and other liability claims to assist the business office
Assist the business office with other HR and administrative and data entry responsibilities

Required

Minimum of an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Human Resources Management, Office Technology, OR a related field
Exceptional attention to detail; the ability to identify specific errors in complex government regulatory forms is the most critical skill for this role
Strong computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to prioritize time-sensitive regulatory deadlines while managing auxiliary support tasks

Preferred

Prior experience with the ISBE Student Information System (SIS) or similar state reporting platforms
Familiarity with insurance documentation or administrative office support
