Experiential Executive Creative Director – Consumer Events, Luxury, DTC
24 Seven Talent is a leading creative studio specializing in experiential and brand design, seeking an Executive Creative Director to oversee creative leadership and team development. This senior leader will manage a multidisciplinary creative department and guide the execution of large-scale brand activations for recognized lifestyle and direct-to-consumer brands.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 25+ creatives, including 4 Creative Directors and their direct teams
Oversee the quality, consistency, and execution of creative work across multiple clients and channels
Establish and optimize creative processes, workflows, and production procedures to support scalability and efficiency
Partner with strategy, production, and client services to translate brand goals into powerful, executable creative ideas
Drive creative development for experiential activations and installations that allow consumers to engage directly with products and environments
Balance conceptual vision with executional precision, ensuring design integrity from ideation through delivery
Present creative work to senior clients and stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and storytelling excellence
Partner with leadership to shape creative culture, define standards, and identify opportunities for team growth
Lead creative input for new business pitches and contribute to overall agency growth strategy
Build and sustain a collaborative environment where creativity and accountability thrive side by side
Qualification
Required
Proficient in design programs and software including, but not limited to: Adobe Creative Cloud, SketchUp, Chaos, V-Ray, Maya, KeyShot Pro, Asana, and Figma. (FIRM requirement)
Remote, with some on site requirements for meetings in NYC. candidate should be local to NYC
Ideal candidates come from experiential agencies and have prior experience in a CD/ECD capacity
10+ years of experience in creative leadership within experiential, brand, or integrated marketing, working with global lifestyle or DTC brands (e.g., Adidas, Alo, or similar)
Demonstrated success managing large creative teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong foundation in brand concepting, design systems, and campaign execution
Expertise in developing immersive experiences, branded environments, and consumer-facing installations
Proven ability to mentor senior creative talent and implement effective team structures and workflows
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell ideas to both internal and external audiences
Deep understanding of creative production and how to execute ambitious ideas within real-world constraints
