Responsibilities
Managing the vision for the project team’s product
Maintaining a project road map for the product based on this vision
Acts as a liaison between the business and the product team
Understands stakeholder’s business processes and anticipate their needs
Collaborating with prospective users and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
Ensure the Development team and business stakeholders have a shared understanding of the requested features and desired business values and outcomes
Captures business and user requirements and creates corresponding User Stories
Ensures requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
Represents project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes
Create and manage product releases
Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on product progress at each stage of the process
Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Works with stakeholders to drive adoption
Qualification
Required
Sound foundational knowledge of ServiceNow's technical capabilities
Ability to communicate technical functionality to business users and vice versa
Experience managing the vision for a project team's product
Ability to maintain a project road map based on the product vision
Experience acting as a liaison between the business and the product team
Understanding of stakeholder's business processes and ability to anticipate their needs
Experience collaborating with prospective users and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs
Ability to manage the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements
Experience ensuring shared understanding of requested features and desired business values and outcomes
Ability to capture business and user requirements and create corresponding User Stories
Experience ensuring requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
Ability to represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes
