Responsibilities

Create implementation and testing documentation

Collaborate with members of functional and infrastructure teams to identify and refine requirements and any data related optimization opportunities

Administration of the OpenText Archive Server and associated modules to include installation of new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems

Monitor systems to ensure OpenText solution is operating as expected

Facilitate work with application teams and provide deployment support

Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
