New Car Sales Manager
Confidential company is seeking an experienced and dynamic New Car Sales Manager to lead their automotive sales team. This role involves overseeing the entire sales process, developing strategies to increase dealership revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer service while training and motivating sales staff.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the new car sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including outbound calls, cold calling, and B2B outreach to expand customer base
Oversee the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate
Conduct negotiations with customers to maximize upselling opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
Manage inventory control and coordinate with the dealership’s inventory management team to ensure optimal stock levels
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Organize and participate in marketing activities to promote new vehicle models and dealership events
Train sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, public speaking, and effective communication skills
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, automotive regulations, and safety standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in automobile sales management or retail sales leadership roles
Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, high-end vehicle sales, and outbound calling campaigns
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on upselling and closing deals effectively
Proficiency with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math calculations
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and interpersonal interactions
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating teams and driving results
Preferred
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer demographics effectively
Experience in dealership operations including inventory control and marketing initiatives is highly desirable
