Responsibilities
Lead design and architecture of new and modernized IT systems
Oversee technical planning, integration, and development lifecycle
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA, and federal partners
Ensure federal compliance (APD, security standards)
Provide technical leadership and coordinate with 3rd-party vendors
Mentor team members and enforce architectural best practices
Gather requirements, write specifications, create workflows/use cases
Support testing, process change requests and manage project scope
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related
8+ years in enterprise software architecture and project leadership
System engineering knowledge, modeling methods, workflow design
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and coordinate across agencies
Strong leadership and initiative
Preferred
Experience with State/Federal compliance (NIST, FISMA)
Human Services systems experience (Child Welfare, SNAP, TANF)
Knowledge of data privacy laws (PII, PHI)
Previous public sector/government project experience
