Electromagnetic Warfare Planner (Strategic Planner 4)- 26243
Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking an Electromagnetic Warfare Planner to support the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Operations Directorate. The role involves strategic planning, research, and analysis to ensure mission assurance and freedom of action in the electromagnetic spectrum throughout the Indo-Pacific region.

Responsibilities
Aid senior-level strategic planning and briefings, including preparing formal papers and background information for USINDOPACOM and USARPAC senior leader consumption
Provide research and analysis of various EW related national security policies, military strategies, and capability integration that support USINDOPACOM operations and exercises with a specific focus on USARPAC related operations
Utilize experience and knowledge to support Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) focused on USARPAC operations that will ensure freedom of action and mission assurance in all domains throughout the Indo-Pacific
Additional duties as assigned or required
Qualification
Required
10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience
Experience in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) operations, capability development and/or policy
3 years of experience at a Combatant Command or Service Component HQ
3 years of experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations
Familiar with INDOPACOM Theater Campaign Plan (TCP), Deliberate and Crisis Action Plans, and Operations Plans (OPLANS)
Experience in writing reports, graphics, and information papers
Experience analyzing operational data
Proficient at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Preferred
Bachelor's or minimum of 15 years of experience in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) ELINT operations, capability development and/or policy in lieu of degree
10 years of combined experience in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) operations, capability development and/or policy
Master's and/or attendance at Service Command and General Staff College
Background in U.S. Army JEMSO operations
Experience coordinating with other Department of Defense (DoD) entities, including the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense and INDOPACOM's Service Components as well as non-DoD organizations such as DHS and State Department
Graduate of Joint Electronic Warfare Theater Operations Course
Familiar with JEMSO applications and databases (FADE/MIST, CED, etc.)
