Responsibilities

Collaborate with customer executives and technical teams to identify critical pain points and areas where Shakudo can provide the greatest impact

Define and develop high-value use cases through deep customer engagement

Partner with top-tier machine learning, product, engineering, and business teams across industries to design and refine AI and data applications that drive measurable business value

Oversee project delivery: manage timelines, coordinate internal resources, and ensure high-quality deliverables

Present results and lead strategic sessions for future opportunities, engaging audiences from engineers to C-suite executives

Safeguard long-term customer relationships by proactively identifying and addressing risks or concerns

Establish effective feedback loops between customers and Shakudo’s product, engineering, and go-to-market teams

Develop strategies to standardize engagement processes and scale learnings to benefit future customers
