Responsibilities
Support the SDR team by contributing to the streamlining of internal processes and workflows
Qualify inbound leads generated through Salesforce marketing campaigns, events, and website traffic, using our Customer 360 platform
Collaborate closely with SDRs and Sales Executives to drive interest and schedule discovery meetings with potential customers
Perform research on target SMB accounts, identifying key contacts, and helping develop personalized outreach strategies
Participate in ongoing training sessions and shadowing opportunities to learn best practices in sales engagement and opportunity creation
Track and manage prospecting activity using Salesforce’s CRM platform to ensure proper follow-up and lead conversion
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Enthusiasm for building a career in sales and technology
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Self-motivated with a passion for learning and personal growth
Excellent ability to break down complex problems and develop efficient, step-by-step solutions
Preferred
Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus
