Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring that final products meet drawing requirements and specifications through thorough inspection processes
Identify and document any damage or nonconformance issues and conduct investigations into these discrepancies
In-process and final inspections of sheet metal final assembly installations on aircraft components such as fuselage, wings, and tail assemblies
Maintain accurate inspection logs, write detailed inspection reports, and handle a variety of moderately complex tasks
Frequent collaboration with individuals from other departments to ensure quality standards are consistently met

Qualification
Required
Must have Aircraft structures and/or sheet metal inspection experience
Ability to understand and interpret blueprints (GD&T) and all applicable drawings
Familiarity with AS9102
Knowledge with nonconformance investigation
Previous experience inspecting mechanical parts
Proficiency with product verification to drawing requirements
Strong communication and technology skills
Must be local
This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and may be subject to random drug testing
Must undergo background check
Must be ITAR compliant
