Field Marketing Manager
GovDash is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to run high-impact events and in-market programs across the Washington, DC GovCon ecosystem. The role involves representing GovDash in the community, building relationships, capturing content, and supporting cross-functional marketing needs.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute meetups, community events, tradeshows, and partner activations
Represent GovDash at GovCon associations, networking groups, and ecosystem events
Build and maintain relationships with organizers, partners, and industry leaders
Own event logistics end-to-end: venues, vendors, budgets, shipping, timelines
Capture and edit short-form video content for LinkedIn and field campaigns
Collaborate closely with AEs and SDRs on targeting, outreach, and follow-ups
Bring back market insights and community feedback to inform GTM strategy
Support cross-functional marketing needs (webinars, campaigns, research, content)
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of experience in events, community, partnerships, demand gen, or another cross-functional GTM/operations role
Experience in or strong understanding of the GovCon ecosystem
Ability to manage multiple programs with strong organization and follow-through
Comfort with AI tools for planning, content creation, and operational efficiency
Experience capturing and editing short-form video content
Track record running both small events and large tradeshows
Strong collaboration with Sales and SDR teams
Willingness to travel and thrive in dynamic, in-person environments
