Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project engagements delivering Commercial Analytics solutions to top Pharmaceutical clients
Customize and deploy Axtria's proprietary analytics to meet client requirements, delivering unparalleled value in every project engagement
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery and exceeding client expectations
Collaborate closely with Technology and Product Management teams to refine analytical tools and develop new client solutions
Present and recommend optimal customer, sales, and marketing strategies to clients based on analytical insights
Develop and maintain expertise in industry best practices and emerging trends in analytics
Contribute to Axtria's innovation by developing new solutions and analytical models
Recruit, manage, and mentor a team across multiple levels, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field
10+ years of relevant work experience in Commercial/Advanced Analytics within the Life Sciences industry
5+ years in Consulting servicing Pharma/Life Science clients
Proficiency in analytic tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, SAS, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Machine Learning Algorithms, Deep Learning, NLP, and Data Visualization, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record in framing business issues, designing effective solutions, and delivering measurable results
Experience leading projects and teams, with exposure to statistical estimation and optimization techniques
Familiarity with large datasets and data manipulation techniques
