Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homes
Conduct inspections and electrical tests to ensure safety, functionality, and code compliance
Diagnose electrical problems, identify system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions
Communicate with homeowners to explain electrical issues, recommend solutions, and provide service updates
Ensure all electrical installations meet national, state, and local electrical codes
Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate cost estimates for proposed electrical work
Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, installations, repairs, and materials used
Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE usage, and best practices to ensure safe and efficient service
Deliver outstanding service with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role
Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, panel installations, wiring, outlets, lighting, and code requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical work clearly to customers
Ability to perform accurate installations and diagnostics while maintaining high safety and quality standards
Dedicated to delivering top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Preferred
Electrical certification or licensure preferred
Technical/trade school background is a plus
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus
