The Real Estate Dispositions & Operations Specialist will manage the off-market deal pipeline, conduct due diligence, negotiate with sellers and buyers, and support acquisition, construction, and marketing activities.

Responsibilities
Manage, track, and update the off-market property pipeline
Identify potential opportunities and support outreach to sellers, agents, and investors
Assist with property valuation research and due diligence
Lead or support negotiation efforts with sellers, buyers, and agents to secure favorable terms
Prepare disclosures and required documents for listings or acquisitions
Monitor transaction files and ensure compliance with brokerage and state requirements
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Support acquisition team with research, project timelines, and deal preparation
Coordinate with construction and project management teams on updates and deliverables
Assist sales and marketing teams with property materials, signage, photo scheduling, and listing preparation
Show off-market and on-market properties to buyers, investors, and partners
Assist with open houses, walkthroughs, inspections, or access appointments as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple leads, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Cupertino and show properties locally
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, operations, dispositions, or transaction coordination
Experience with negotiation
Familiarity with MLS, CRM systems, and real estate documents
California DRE license
