Senior Marketing Manager
Cinemark is a global presence with over 20,000 movie lovers working to create unforgettable experiences. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of Food & Beverage Marketing strategies to enhance brand preference and revenue through creative campaigns.

Responsibilities
Develops, maintains, and executes an annual marketing calendar for assigned Food & Beverage categories, in partnership with the business unit category managers, to drive incidence and revenue
Leads F&B campaigns, partnering with the internal creative team, media team and channel owners to ensure seamless execution and continual optimization
Manages marketing relationships and activations with external partners including Coca Cola, Dr. Pepper, Mars, Taki and many more
Drives strategic test and control calendar with clear decision criteria for key initiatives
Participates in DMB optimization strategies and initiatives
Manages monthly and quarterly in-theatre planogram strategies for F&B Marketing, prioritizing additional needs for digital support, partnering with eCommerce, email, and paid media teams to support accordingly
Develops and oversees execution of industry-leading experiential and social activations around food to drive guest engagement as well as revenue growth for key food categories
Assists with local theatre F&B-related efforts including Grand Openings, localized F&B campaigns and more
Delivers campaign and program results to appropriate business owners on a monthly and quarterly basis
Ensures marketing plans are on budget and on time by overseeing planning and forecasting of work, as needed
Drives effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of the marketing objectives fall within designated budgets
Monitors competitive F&B activities within the industry and works to identify trends in the broader restaurant and QSR space, making recommendations for translating those into strategies that strengthen Cinemark F&B efforts
Develops clear, strategic marketing briefs to guide all F&B projects
Partners with other program teams including Brand Strategy, Theatre Marketing and Loyalty teams, to develop compelling initiatives that drive results
Assist in development of other F&B programs and initiatives, as needed
Qualification
Required
At least 6-9 years of experience in F&B Marketing at a beverage company, CPG company or restaurant brand
Strong understanding of social- and influencer-first marketing and their role in developing compelling food campaigns
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, while under tight deadlines
Participate in research and analyze insights, distilling into persuasive marketing strategies and presentations that drive F&B programs forward
Able to create compelling strategies and sell those into partners both internally and externally, including senior executives
Able to lead cross functional teams in support of key initiatives
Commitment to excellence, go-getter with a can-do attitude, ability to operate in the face of ambiguity, and track record of achieving results
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize business activity
Self-starter, self-motivated and capable of seeking additional business opportunities
Some knowledge of marketing analytics
BS/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
