MasterScapes is a growing company in the DFW area seeking a skilled Landscape & Licensed Agronomy Technician to help shape the future of their branch. The role involves handling licensed chemical applications, completing landscaping jobs, performing irrigation repairs, and supporting enhancement projects to improve clients' outdoor spaces.

Landscaping

Responsibilities

Safely apply agronomy treatments as a licensed applicator, following ethical, efficient, and environmentally responsible practices
Complete small landscape installations and enhancement projects with precision and pride
Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems, including valves, heads, controllers, and minor line work
Move smoothly between work types—treatments, landscaping, irrigation, detail work—based on daily needs
Maintain clean, organized equipment and detailed application records
Collaborate with teammates to ensure jobs are completed accurately, on time, and with MasterScapes-level quality
Represent MasterScapes with a positive, professional attitude in client interactions

Required

At least 5 years of experience in landscaping, agronomy, and irrigation installation/repair
Licensed in chemical application (or able to obtain quickly)

A problem-solver with an unrelenting work ethic and pride in doing things right
Multitasker who enjoys independence but thrives on being part of a strong team
Passionate about the outdoors and constantly improving your craft
