They are seeking a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications while collaborating with various stakeholders and mentoring engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java Spring Framework and Angular

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Drive best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)

Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning

Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our technology platforms

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to technology and risk management

Support the integration of AI and emerging technologies to enhance client and employee experiences

Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment aligned with our company culture and values

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

5-9 years of experience in full stack software development required

Proven experience in Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot for building micro services and RESTful APIs

Strong proficiency in Angular (including modern versions), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

Experience in Agile methodology including CI/CD, application resiliency and security, as well as developmental toolsets including GITLab, Junit, SonarQube, Splunk

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
