GE Aerospace is a leading company in the aerospace industry, seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for the Peebles Test Operation Plant Leader and Plant Staff. The role involves coordinating internal visits, assisting HR functions, and supporting plant staff as needed.

Responsibilities

Act as community service focal point for the site

Assist HR leader w/ select functions including direct employee support, hiring, scheduling interviews, etc

PTO tour / special event coordinator

Coordinate internal GE visits, meetings, and other events, including catering

Support the plant staff as needed

Other duties as assigned
