Responsibilities

Provides end-user support using the ticketing system to track and document requests

Sets up and installs PCs and desk telephones for new hires

Assist with MFA setup for new hires

Managing and maintaining the file servers

Creates Active Directory and email accounts for team members

Adds and removes users to and from Active Directory groups

Performs software and computer hardware installation including Coax/Cat 5/6 cabling

Troubleshoots video conference system

Troubleshoots computer hardware and performs basic repairs

Required

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; Bachelor's degree preferred

Two of the three certifications listed below: A+, Network+, MCP
