Responsibilities
Leading and managing the execution of multiple programs in the areas of technology enablement, IP process and operations, development and deployment of digital and analog methodologies
Working across the organization with technical leaders from various engineering disciplines and product teams
Collaborating with senior leadership to align program objectives with the company's strategic goals and vision
Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables
Developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans
Reporting and presenting to executive level audiences on critical business initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline)
Proven experience as a Program Manager, leading complex projects in the software industry
Experience working in an agile development environment
Excellent project management skills
Exceptional leadership abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to organize communication at different levels of abstraction
Understanding of artificial intelligence or machine learning are a plus
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Unix, perforce needed
Familiarity Custom Compiler, Fusion Compiler, Verification flows and tools are a plus
