BDC Customer Service Specialist
C. Harper Auto Group is expanding its team at the Business Development Center and is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to enhance the customer experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and scheduling service appointments across multiple dealership locations.

Responsibilities
Manage 80-150 inbound calls per day, ensuring each customer feels valued and their questions are answered accurately
Coordinate service appointments across all our dealership locations, matching customer needs with availability
Efficiently enter and manage customer information in databases to support seamless operations
Gather feedback through post-service surveys to continually improve customer satisfaction
Work closely with our team, participate in training programs, and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail in customer interactions and data entry
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a dynamic team
Preferred
Experience with CRM software is preferred, but we'll provide training
Prior experience in a call center environment is a plus
