Responsibilities

Provides technical support to clients and assist with troubleshooting and problem‐solving
Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project
Provides expert judgment and analysis for the design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems
Resolves highly complex technical issues and conducts advanced research
Recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures
Has extensive engineering knowledge
Provides expert consultation in one or more areas for the design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems
May work on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state‐of‐the‐art technical or industry knowledge
Has extensive engineering knowledge and is considered an expert in one or more engineering specialties

Required

Bachelor's Engineering (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
R&D Engineer OAIRE III: Four-seven years of professional work experience in a related field
R&D Engineer OAIRE IV: Seven-ten years of professional work experience in a related field
R&D Engineer OAIRE V: Ten or more years of professional work experience in a related field

Preferred

PhD or Master's Engineering
Ten years of professional work experience in UAS research, design, and UAS Applications
