Responsibilities
Define and deliver a comprehensive product, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives, user feedback, and market trends
Set KPIs as leading indicators for restaurant operations and team member experience measure progress towards goals
Communicate the value proposition of new products to all go-to-market teams and ensure that support materials and packages are created for the Field teams and our Franchisee partners
Identify long-term opportunities based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market and Popeyes business
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define success metrics, scope product features and develop strategies that support customer needs
Promote a culture of data-driven + agile decision making
Be accountable for the craftsmanship of the experiences developed
Communicate updates to senior leadership, stakeholders, and franchisee partners on a regular cadence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Product Management experience within software or technology industries with a proven record of delivering best-in-class experiences
Superior ability to inspire, motivate, and build strong cross-functional relationships
Role requires up to 10% national and local travel
Proven ability to manage multiple projects across and organize cross-functional partners to deliver results
Ability to understand and explain technical decisions and our core technologies
Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic capacities
Results-driven with bias for action and commitment to excellence
Preferred
Experience working with data engineering
Educational or professional background in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or business
