Client Care Development Representative - Inside Sales

Comfort Keepers is a nationally recognized provider of uplifting in-home care services. They are seeking a high-energy, empathetic, and tech-savvy Client Care Development Representative (CCDR) to connect families with care solutions and convert inquiries into scheduled consultations.

Responsibilities

Respond to calls, web inquiries, and social media messages within 5 minutes
Use a discovery-based framework to qualify care needs with empathy
Schedule and confirm consultations using internal scheduling software
Maintain a minimum 65% inquiry-to-consult conversion rate
Re-engage cold and past leads through weekly contact cadences
Use LinkedIn and Facebook to identify and connect with referral sources
Share local engagement content (caregiver spotlights, success stories, etc.)
Send personalized outreach to generate inquiries and appointments
Maintain accurate, real-time dashboards (volume, conversion, attribution)
Analyze lead sources and recommend channel optimization
Ensure all CRM records are complete and accurate
Align with Marketing and Operations on weekly themes and content
Use templated outreach messages with personalization for greater impact
Coordinate warm handoff to Client Care Coordinator after consultations are booked
Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation (up to 8 days per month) to respond to urgent inquiries and ensure quality of care is maintained

Required

2–4 years in inside sales, client intake, or call center roles
Proven ability to turn inquiries into scheduled appointments
Strong phone presence and active listening skills
Familiar with CRM tools, scheduling platforms, and social media prospecting
Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a performance-driven environment
Willing and available for rotating after-hours on-call coverage
