Responsibilities

Under the direction of the department manager or designee participates in department projects as assigned:
Attends scheduled training and coaching sessions
This position is responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of University of South Florida Tampa General Physicians Group (USFTGP)
Demonstrates current knowledge required to complete a wide array of tasks as assigned
Participates in department and organizational performance improvement activities
Completes assignments and delegated responsibilities within established time frames
Promotes positive image of department and organization through professional conduct, appearance and communication

Qualification

Healthcare AdministrationBusiness AdministrationBachelor's degreeProfessional communicationTeam collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree required
MHA or MBA student enrolled in an accredited college or university required

Preferred

Healthcare Administration or Business Administration programs preferred
