Technical Support Engineer - Spanish Speaking

Responsibilities

Communicate with Novarad customers in either fluent Spanish or English
Advise on system configurations that adhere to best practice standards while meeting customer needs
Work closely with customers to understand their workflow technical requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of workflow and provide technical solutions and support to clients
Coordinate the resolution of technical issues in a timely manner
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts
Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Act as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Proactively identify and coordinate the resolution of technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to provide value-added services to clients
Collect and analyze customer feedback, making recommendations for product improvements
Maintain a deep technical knowledge of the company's product offerings and understanding of how they meet client needs

Qualification

Required

Native level Spanish proficiency
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management role, Healthcare IT, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with healthcare account management and customer retention
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines within the fast-paced healthcare industry
Ability to understand and analyze complex technical issues and provide solutions

Preferred

Strong technical knowledge of PACS Administration, and Health
Leadership experience
