Responsibilities

Answering inbound phone calls in a timely manner

Complete assigned customer service-related outbound calls

Greeting and ensuring every customer is checked in

Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries

Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while handling all guest inquires with 100% guest satisfaction

Identify sales leads among new and existing customers

Direct non-sales call to the correct department or staff member

Maintain follow-ups with potential prospects not ready to make an appointment, no-shows, and visited our showroom

Gather customer details and comments in our system

Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound/inbound prospecting and follow lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers

Provide customers with thorough, up-to-date knowledge of product/inventory information

Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management

Meet and exceed DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY goals
