Responsibilities
Prepare and submit Health Service Delivery (HSD) tables to CMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Medicare Advantage SNP requirements
Analyze provider network data to identify gaps in coverage and develop strategies to meet CMS adequacy standards
Conduct regular audits of provider data across internal systems and databases to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance
Work closely with Provider Relations, Credentialing, and Contracting teams to resolve data discrepancies and support provider onboarding and maintenance
Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to executive leadership, highlighting network performance, adequacy status, and strategic initiatives
Support the deployment and optimization of network management tools and platforms, including Salesforce, Asana, and J2, to enhance workflow efficiency and data integrity
Lead or support network-related components of new market launches, including provider recruitment, adequacy validation, and CMS submission readiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in provider network analysis, preferably within Medicare Advantage or SNP plans
Strong understanding of CMS network adequacy requirements and HSD table structure
Proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, J2, and provider network management systems
Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and regulatory compliance
Preferred
Experience with SNP-specific network requirements (D-SNP, C-SNP, I-SNP)
Familiarity with credentialing workflows and provider relations operations
Ability to interpret and apply CMS guidance and regulatory updates
