Responsibilities
Leading day-to-day client coverage including regular client visits
Managing junior resources to oversee creation of key client deliverables
Strategic plan creation / oversight
Portfolio construction alongside Portfolio Management Group
Quarterly Review of portfolio
Allocation discussions
Reporting & Monitoring for client portfolios
Regular portfolio updates
Quarterly reports
Client communications
Pipeline calls / monthly calls
Market updates
Ad-hoc client requests
Leading cross-selling and up-selling of HL products and services with existing clients
Partnering with Sales/ Client Solutions to support pitch activities for prospective clients by being the expert on our management of Separate Account and Advisory relationships
Developing expertise in specific primary strategies, enabling ability to speak to similarities/differences of managers who pursue similar investment approaches
Ability to speak and become a subject matter expert on all Private Market strategies & competitive landscapes
Attending Annual/Advisory board meetings & conferences
Assisting in the development and mentoring of junior professionals
Qualification
Required
7+ years of work experience in a financial industry/private markets client-facing setting
Ability to develop a working knowledge of our proprietary systems
Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to work proactively and independently in a team setting
Ability to Travel
Fluency in English required
Preferred
A Master's degree and/or CFA are a plus
