Responsibilities
Support collections projects including setting up internal and external labs, devices and apps, recruiting and managing participants, moderating sessions and running scripts to verify data and ensure quality
Provide status, reporting and feedback to Project Managers and client teams for collections
Recruit, onboard and coach team members (ACAs and DCMs) for internal projects
Contribute to cross-team initiatives or special projects, such as maintaining key inventories
Troubleshooting devices, enabling technical device setups, and writing or modifying basic scripts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree
5 years experience working with people in a professional environment
Proven ability to resolve basic technical issues with different Apple hardware and software. Aptitude for setup and troubleshooting of devices and software builds
Expertise navigating systems and tools, sharing best practices with team members
