Responsibilities
Provide financial / analytical modeling and strategic support for evaluating potential M&A candidates, joint venture partners, and business development growth projects
Perform due diligence, prepare presentations for senior management, and coordinate with senior executives to execute transactions and commercial agreements
Prepare structured analysis with data visualization, strategic recommendations, and concise communication to support thoughtful decisions and stakeholder updates
Guide complex, strategic projects that impact the business
Monitor and support projects through their lifecycles
Conduct ad-hoc analyses at the request of senior executive
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development / corporate strategy
Interest in the media / entertainment industry
Experience with strategic analysis, financial forecasting, negotiations, and project management
B.S. / B.A. required
