Develop, execute and maintain an IT strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on scalability

Lead an IT team, providing guidance and development opportunities to maximize team performance and efficiency

Ensure the helpdesk operates effectively, providing excellent support to internal stakeholders and addressing technology-related issues promptly

Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect company data and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards

Manage the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget

Drive initiatives to scale IT operations in a way that promotes optimizing technology use in multi-specialty practices

Leverage experience in private equity-backed and startup environments to navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities for innovation
