Responsibilities

Develop and execute UX strategies that align with business objectives

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights

Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to identify pain points and opportunities

Create personas, customer journeys, and user flows to inform design decisions

Design wireframes, prototypes, and collaborate with digital designer on high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile applications

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience

Apply best practices in interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design

Maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products

Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into user-friendly solutions

Provide UX guidance and recommendations throughout the product development cycle

Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights

Advocate for UX best practices and a user-centered design approach
