Qualification
Required
Active California law license in good standing (and jurisdiction of residence if required)
Minimum one year of litigation experience preferred; relevant experience through internships or similar case management may be considered
Strong oral advocacy, arbitration presence, and time management
Ability to quickly internalize provided materials and execute a focused plan
Commitment to limited-scope representation parameters
High level of self-motivation and responsiveness in a remote setting
