Responsibilities
Oversee daily procurement operations, including participating in a high level of process improvement, change management, and deviation management activity
Collaboration and relationship management across both internal departments and external partners, like donor hospitals and transplant center
High-level of attention to detail and decision making when it comes to mission critical clinical scenarios
Maintain regulatory environment knowledge in a rapidly changing clinical environment
Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to staff
Facilitate and participate in a variety of departmental and organizational meetings
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of organ procurement or surgical technician experience required - emphasis on operating room operations
Strong professional relationship skills required to be successful in the role
Able to multi-task and manage a variety of evolving projects
Must have a valid driver's license with no restrictions
