Responsibilities
Developing, implementing, and overseeing case plans and treatment programs based on the needs of each student and the requirements of the placing agency
Provide individual, group, family, and case management services while ensuring the program meets therapeutic goals
Supervise group living staff, ensuring proper support for students
Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the program's ongoing development
Qualification
Required
Possess a MA, MS or MSW
Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC
Prior Case Management experience required including three years' experience with juveniles
Prior substance abuse education, intervention and treatment services provided to juveniles
Preferred
CAC II or CAC III preferred
