Responsibilities

Coordinate daily carrier operations and support SLA/OTD performance tracking
Monitor carrier compliance and assist with issue resolution and documentation
Maintain TMS carrier data, basic rate validation, and performance reporting
Communicate with carriers on requirements, performance gaps, and corrective actions
Support quarterly business reviews, SOP updates, and vendor scorecards
Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and finance to align capacity and execution

Required

1–3 years experience in carrier coordination, transportation operations, or logistics

Understanding of capacity planning and basic transportation cost logic
