Insurance

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, answer and route calls quickly and warmly; capture accurate messages
Schedule and confirm Insurance & Financial Reviews and other appointments; manage reminders and reschedules
Keep missed calls low; return voicemails promptly; complete warm transfers to sales/service
Process payments, issue ID cards, share policy docs, and funnel service requests to the right teammate
Scan/upload documents, manage incoming/outgoing mail, maintain a tidy lobby, and keep supplies stocked
Log every interaction with clear notes and next steps; follow up as needed
Ask happy customers for Google reviews and send the review link via text/email
Support service/sales with simple follow-ups, document requests, and status checks

Bilingual English/Spanish required

Able to work on-site in Great Neck, NY, Monday–Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm
