Content and Education Manager

The Meat Institute is seeking a Content and Education Manager who will develop and deliver high-quality educational programs and resources across in-person and digital platforms. Responsibilities

Implement the organization’s education and content strategy through program development and delivery
Create, edit, and maintain educational content, digital resources, and supporting materials
Coordinate speaker and content logistics for conferences, webinars, workshops, and online offerings
Identify and engage subject matter experts; manage scheduling and content preparation
Partner with the experience team to ensure accurate and timely content for promotion and member engagement
Introduce innovative training and content delivery methods
Monitor emerging member needs and resource gaps; provide actionable insights and recommendations

Required

Bachelor's degree in meat/food science, education, communications or related field
5+ years in association management, content development, educational programming, or meat industry

Proficiency with learning management systems and digital content tools
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
Full-time on-site presence in Arlington, VA
